The London Commercial Real Estate Finance team has a wealth of experience in the property market of England and Wales. Over the past 50 years, the team has provided innovative funding solutions and support to investors and developers who are interested in adding value to their property investments, be it through development, refurbishment or by actively managing their investment properties to maximise rental income flows. The team has the expertise and capability to provide wide ranging financing products primarily focusing on senior facilities, on a Shariah compliant basis (commodity murabaha). Detailed below are our indicative terms for a well let and located investment facility:
