Duncan Steele Bodger
(Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Board, Chair of Remuneration Committee)
Duncan Steele-Bodger joined KFH plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director in April 2025 and was appointed as Chair of the Governing Board in June 2025.
Duncan is a qualified banker with an extensive background in private banking. During the past 25 years he has held senior executive positions with both conventional and Islamic Middle East banks.
Prior to joining KFH he was CEO and Executive Director at QIB plc from 2016 to 2022. Previously he had been UK Country Head for 12 years with National Bank of Dubai, and subsequently Emirates NBD following its merger with Emirates Bank International in 2007.
His earlier career was spent at Barclays, Credit Suisse and Discount Bank & Trust. In addition to the role as our Chairman he will also be our Whistleblowing Champion.
